We package our shipments in order to keep the shipment safe, however damages can happen during shipment.
We will not be able to help with replacment or compensation if these
policies are not followed
1. Do not turn the driver away Refusing the entire shipment will lead to delays and extra expense and charges.
The freight company will not pay for complete replacement value.
Many of the items will still be in good shape and usable.
If the shipment is sent back to us more damage may occur the the undamaged items
or they items may be lost.
2. Accept the complete order, including the damaged goods
It will be difficult to confirm the extent of all damage at the time of delivery
We will be able to make a claim for the damaged goods and photos will be accepted,
they do not need the actual items
3 Document all Damage and shortages
Mark on the BOL when receiving that there is damages or missing items
If you sign the BOL without noting the damage no claim can be issued
4. Keep all items and packaging and take photos
Contact us as soon as possible, let us know what is damaged and provide photos of the damage.
Any claims must be made with 48 hours of delivery
We can not ship any freight order without these terms being agreed to.
If these policies are not followed we will not be able to replace the order
